"I have always been passionate about football," said Muniz. "I've always wanted to be a coach, so I went to the university to study sports management. The first time I came back to Portugal, I was impressed by the talent and passion that I saw among the players."

"I believe that communication is crucial," said Muniz. "Players need to understand what we want from them, and if they don't understand, it can lead to frustration. But if they understand and work hard, then they will improve."
